JANITOR - 1ST SHIFT (5368)

THIS POSITION WILL REPORT TO EARTH CITY MONDAY - FRIDAY FROM 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in and around the facility. Duties include general cleaning, waste disposal, and minor maintenance tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed. Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot. Complete non-routine cleaning according to specific requests and/or instructions. Remove garbage/recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly collection. Be prepared to carry out emergency cleaning and upkeep requests. Ensure all conference/meeting spaces are maintained and fully equipped in preparation for scheduled or unscheduled gatherings.
