Supervisor, Safety & Security Programs

Position Summary The Supervisor, Safety Security Programs is responsible for the development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Environmental Health, Safety Security (EHSS) programs. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. The position provides leadership to EHSS personnel, establishes a scalable reporting structure, and ensures consistent ownership of safety and security initiatives. Key Responsibilities · Lead, administer, and improve EHSS programs and policies · Establish and maintain a scalable reporting structure for safety security · Supervise and lead EHSS staff in day-to-day operations · Directly oversee incident and accident investigations · Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements · Lead audits, inspections, and facility compliance assessments · Analyze safety data and trends to drive improvements · Serve as advisor to leadership and employees on safety matters · Participate in safety councils and pre-construction meetings · Evaluate new projects for safety risks and recommend improvements · Administer safety security annual budgets · Exercise authority to suspend unsafe work activities
