Complete accurate and timely documentation. Educate patients and caregivers to promote successful outcomes. Communicate patient progress and any concerns with the supervising Physical Therapist. Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and compliance regulations. Stay current with continuing education requirements and actively pursue professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of teamwork, learning, and clinical excellence. Maintain proficiency with the therapy documentation system and other required software. Maintain an active Tennessee Physical Therapist Assistant license. Attend required CPR, OSHA, HIPAA, and other mandatory training sessions. Participate in staff meetings and departmental initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
