Regional Vice President | Operations | Modus by PM Hotel Group

We are seeking a strategic, people-first Regional Vice President of Operations to lead and elevate our growing portfolio of hotels on the West Coast. This is a high-impact leadership role for an operator who thrives at the intersection of financial performance, culture-building, and guest experience — someone who leads through influence, earns trust quickly, and knows how to make teams and properties better. This is a full-time, exempt, remote position that reports to the EVP | Operations. This role supports properties on the West Coast and requires regular travel, so candidates must be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone to allow for timely and cost-effective travel. The salary range for this position is $160,000-$190,000.
