Blitz currently engages with enterprise brands with category focus into Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care and Healthcare; helping them with 30% - 40% increase in their conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience. Key Responsibilities: Own shift operations across picking, packing, dispatch & inventory. Plan rosters and manage frontline staff productivity. Monitor real-time orders and ensure SLA adherence. Control inbound, stock accuracy, and shrinkage prevention. Oversee last-mile dispatch and rider performance (if hub-managed). Basic Qualification: 2+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations. Strong understanding of picking, packing, dispatch & inventory. Experience managing frontline teams & shift operations. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
