We are seeking two LATAM-based Backend Engineers who are passionate about technology and eager to learn. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our backend systems, working closely with our team to ensure the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, React, and JavaScript.

• API Integration: Implement and manage APIs to support various frontend applications.

• Database Management: Work with databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and standards.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, and actively contribute to improving our technology stack.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, React, and JavaScript. Swift and Firebase are a bonus.

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Candidate Profile: Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to contribute to project growth.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
