Administrator, Ambulatory Surgery Center

The Administrator is responsible for providing leadership, managerial supervision, and resource day-to-day support to improve the effectiveness of surgery center employees, nursing and patient care services including the Perioperative and support departments. The Administrator is the highest position in the organization and works to align all employees with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Develops patient care programs, plans new patient services, establishes policy and procedure, participates in cross-department decision making, conducts performance improvement activities, and represents operational services at the Governing Board and the Medical Executive Committee meetings.
