About the Role

The Senior Manager, Salesforce Platform Engineering leads a team of Salesforce engineers responsible for building and supporting reliable, secure, and scalable solutions across our Salesforce platform . This role owns the engineering behind our Go-To-Market processes, spanning Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, and Quote-to-Cash, along with the integrations that connect Salesforce to billing, provisioning, ERP, and enterprise data warehouse systems, while managing, mentoring, and growing the engineers who deliver them. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Salesforce platform development and data migration/integration experience with proven team leadership, and is fluent in applying cutting-edge AI technologies to real engineering work.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead engineering delivery for Salesforce-based Go-To-Market platforms supporting Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, including hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, regular feedback, performance management, and career development.
• Drive platform modernization and consolidation efforts, including org consolidation, data migrations, and lifecycle improvements delivered with strong data integrity and minimal business disruption.
• Partner with product, sales operations, revenue operations, business stakeholders, QA, data warehouse, and data quality teams to align priorities, manage risk, and deliver successful outcomes.
• Champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies within the team, applying AI-powered tools and agentic approaches beyond basic chat use, to automate workflows, accelerate delivery, and improve sales and service productivity.
• Improve platform health by simplifying data flows, reducing technical debt, strengthening data quality controls, and improving observability and supportability.
