Medical Assistant ($1,250 Sign-On Bonus)

New CMA hires are eligible for a $1,250 sign-on bonus . The Medical Assistant works as part of the clinic provider team and assists the provider in the provision of primary health care and provides invaluable support to the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Team. The Medical Assistant provides limited direct patient services and performs specifically designated independent procedures. Duties include: Assisting with provider support activities related to patient care and patient education Performing data entry, such as documenting chronic medical conditions, preventive services, and medication reconciliation Coordinating patient check-out and follow-up Scheduling appointments Obtaining blood samples Cleaning exam rooms Answering phone calls *Please indicate on your application if you are interested in working in pediatrics, adult, or both.
