Lead Game Designer

Position Summary Do you want to own and shape all the elements of a great game: its setting, structure, rules, story flow, characters, interface design, and modes of play? Requirements What’s required of you Design, balance and analyse new and existing features Collaborate with designers, product managers, artists and engineers to create a fun gaming experience Communicate designs to key stakeholders Create and maintain game documentation Organize and conduct playtests to get feedback for new feature prototypes What we are looking for Should have 8+ years of experience in gaming, wherein 2 successful titles have been built and scaled Should be able to take games from concept to live ops, and lead the vision for the games. Responsible for all design-related responsibilities and KPI’s for multiple games or a franchise. Lead benchmarking and prototyping initiatives across teams to identify new business opportunities and provide proof of concept. Responsible for hiring and mentoring of game designers. Adept at using AI tools, aware of the industry trends and identifying new opportunities for improving speed, efficiency and quality.
