About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant at Nakisa, you will serve as the trusted advisor who helps enterprise customers translate complex business challenges into successful technology outcomes. You’ll leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive solutions that maximize the value of Nakisa’s products, acting as a bridge between the technical and business aspects of our software solutions. This is a customer-facing role that requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

What you’ll be doing

Bridging the gap between complex enterprise technology and real business outcomes, you’ll guide clients from early discovery through implementation - serving as their trusted technical advisor at every stage.

Client Engagement and Solution Design :

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business requirements and goals.

• Develop and present customized solutions that align with Nakisa’s product capabilities and customer objectives .

• Lead technical and product demonstrations, responding to complex questions and managing proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
