Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly Provide menu guidance and recommendations based on guest preferences Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented before and during service Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and respond to requests quickly Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient service during busy periods Handle payments accurately and follow cash/card procedures Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times Represent Seven North Vienna with energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
