Primary Care Physician

Physician is duly licensed by the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners to practice medicine, without restriction, in the State of Colorado. Physician will provide professional Family Medicine services for a minimum of thirty-six (36) hours per week, Thirty-Two (32) patient contact hours. WAGE RANGE: Competitive Compensation based on experience. Compensation package includes salary guarantee, relocation package, CME allowance.
