As we continue our ambitious growth journey, we are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and develop our Business Development and SDR teams, driving new business growth across our Activation and Intelligence solutions. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives on winning, building high-performing teams, and creating a culture of accountability and success. We are looking for a leader who is hands-on, commercially astute, and hungry to make an impact from day one. You'll be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, creating a predictable pipeline of opportunities, and leading the team to exceed ambitious revenue targets. You'll bring energy, pace, and a growth mindset, whilst coaching and developing a team capable of delivering exceptional results. Requirements Essential Significant experience in a senior sales leadership role within fintech, SaaS, martech, loyalty, customer engagement, data, technology or a related high-growth environment. Proven track record of consistently delivering and exceeding ambitious revenue targets. Experience leading, developing and scaling high-performing sales teams, including Business Development and SDR functions. Strong strategic and commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales plans. Demonstrable success in winning and managing complex enterprise sales opportunities. Experience building sales capability, processes, frameworks and performance cultures. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Executive and Board level. Excellent forecasting, pipeline management and revenue planning experience. Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, scaling organisation. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills. Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics to drive performance and decision-making. Data-driven approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution. Desirable Experience within banking, financial services, loyalty, rewards, customer engagement or payments sectors. Experience supporting international growth and expansion into new markets. Exposure to AI-driven solutions, customer intelligence platforms or data-led commercial propositions. Experience operating within a PE-backed, acquired or high-growth organisation. Degree-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline. What Success Looks Like Delivers and exceeds agreed revenue and growth targets. Responsibilities Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned to Reward's ambitious growth plans and commercial objectives. Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Managers and SDRs, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Own and deliver new business revenue targets across Activation and Intelligence solutions. Build, maintain and optimise a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and predictable revenue generation. Personally lead and support strategic, high-value sales opportunities from prospecting through to negotiation and close. Identify new market opportunities, sectors and routes to revenue growth. Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Executive Leadership teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy and customer needs. Establish clear sales processes, performance metrics and reporting frameworks to drive efficiency and scalability. Coach and develop the sales team through regular performance reviews, development plans and hands-on support. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform commercial strategy. Build strong relationships with key prospects, partners and industry stakeholders. Contribute to broader business strategy as a member of the senior leadership team. Drive a culture of customer-centricity, ensuring client needs remain central to commercial decision-making. Support the development of commercial propositions, pricing strategies and contract negotiations. Ensure effective use of CRM systems, sales tools and data to support decision-making and performance management. Champion innovation, leveraging data, technology and AI to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
