Family Services Supervisor

Chattanooga Head Start is a grant-funded program and is subject to reapplication every 5 years. Under the supervision of the FCE Manager, the Family Service Supervisor supports and supervises Family Service Professionals in their duties related to family engagement, recruitment, enrollment, health documentation, and compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. This role includes oversight of program data, parent committees, staff support, and policy council recruitment. All employees employed by Chattanooga Head Start may work directly with children.
