What You’ll Actually Be Doing 👩‍⚕️🐶 This is a hands-on, skill-driven role where your experience matters:

  • Run anesthesia cases confidently, including monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, lab work, and diagnostics efficiently
  • Take and position high-quality radiographs
  • Assist in surgery and advanced procedures
  • Execute treatment plans independently and accurately
  • Educate clients with clarity and professionalism (no hand-holding scripts)
  • Maintain detailed, accurate medical records
  • Anticipate doctor needs and keep appointments running smoothly
  • Step into leadership moments—mentoring newer staff when needed

You won’t be micromanaged—but you will be relied on.

What You Bring ✔️

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (VTNE passed, current license)
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong anesthesia and patient monitoring skills
  • Confidence in technical abilities and clinical decision support
  • Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-volume setting
  • Professional communication with both clients and team members
  • A proactive mindset—you see what needs to be done and handle it
  • Willingness to contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
