Training System Administrator

The Dixon Group is looking for a Training System Administrator to join our team! This position involves collaborating closely with Managers, Trainers, IT staff, and content developers to facilitate effective e-learning experiences. The Training System Administrator will be responsible for managing user accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, configuring system settings, and generating insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making. The role requires a strong understanding of LMS platforms, learning technologies, and data analytics, combined with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying system enhancements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and providing training and support to users.
