About the role
In the appointment of Teaching Assistant, your general duties and responsibilities will be: demonstrating, student consultation, invigilating, marking and conferring with the Supervisor in charge as required by the assignment. Your general location of work will be room 2E25 or other classrooms as indicated. You will report to Steve Shirtliffe. Course Name, Abbreviation and Number: PLSC 401 Advanced Crop Agronomy Required Number of Hours: up to 6 hours per week Duration of Employment: Term 1 2026-2027 Regular session Start and End Dates: September 1 to December 31, 2026 Qualifications (Skills and Abilities) Minimum of a B.S.A. or B.Sc. degree and teaching experience. Strong background in botany and Saskatchewan Field crops. Ability to mark written assignments and large term papers. You must be registered in a graduate program.
