Senior Recruiter Are you a passionate recruiter who thrives on connecting great people with great opportunities? We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations nationwide. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and play a key role in shaping our workforce while ensuring compliance with employment and affirmative action programs. What You'll Do As a Recruiter, you will: • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for both exempt and non-exempt positions. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending top candidates. • Communicate recruiting strategies, market insights, and hiring recommendations to leaders at all levels of the organization. • Develop and maintain diverse recruiting pipelines through a variety of sourcing channels, including: ◦ Online job boards and social media ◦ Internal and external job postings ◦ Employment agencies ◦ Job fairs and networking events ◦ College and university partnerships ◦ Community outreach programs • Build and maintain candidate pools for current and future hiring needs. • Ensure recruiting and selection processes are consistent, effective, and aligned with company standards. • Support interview processes, reference checks, and hiring decisions. • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, affirmative action requirements, diversity recruiting initiatives, applicant tracking procedures, and job posting regulations. • Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting metrics. • Promote and support company health and safety policies. • Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • Proven success recruiting and hiring high-quality talent across a variety of positions. • Strong experience in either corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or a combination of both. • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. • Demonstrated success with internet-based sourcing and recruiting. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Creative problem-solving skills and strong decision-making abilities. Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 5-7 years of recruiting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
