Sales Advisor (Spanish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Spanish-speaking Sales Advisor to join their team in Greece.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat, and email channels - Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction and resolution - Build and maintain positive relationships through clear and professional communication - Provide accurate and up-to-date information using internal tools and systems - Achieve individual and team performance targets including call-handling KPIs - Maintain detailed customer records, accounts, and interaction documentation - Always follow communication procedures and data protection policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native or near-native level in Spanish, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level) - Strong customer service and contact handling experience across multiple channels - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability - High computer literacy and confidence working with several systems simultaneously - Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills - Customer-focused mindset with awareness of sensitive data handling - Ability to perform in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
