Banquet Captain, Whistling Straits

Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Provide supervision to all banquet functions promoting courteous and professional service of quality food and beverages in a clean environment. Specific Responsibilities: Supervise banquet staff during assigned banquet functions. Supervise the set-up and breakdown of all functions. Follow all instructions stated on the Banquet Event Order. Remain on the banquet floor at all times except when necessary to perform the required administrative duties. Continually train banquet staff on service techniques. Supervise Set-Up staff and Bartenders. This is a casual part-time position working weekends and weekdays.
