Production Lead

Position Title: Production Lead Reports To: Production Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly Job Type: Full Time Direct Reports: No PPE Requirements: Safety glasses as required Other Specifications: Physical position - required lifting, carrying, reaching, squatting, bending, sitting, standing, and driving (as needed). Reliable transportation to and from work; Working cell phone; ability to safely operate equipment including forklift; good attendance is critical; highly physical position. Essential Functions of the Position: Operating production line equipment Set-up and breakdown of line Maintain a clean workstation and production floor End of day sanitation Capture and record Daily production data and daily counts Leading daily team meetings that communicate safety topics, daily efficiencies, production schedule and company announcements Ensure all team members are being safe while in the production area Assist with GMP walk throughs Other duties as assigned
