US Accounts Executive

Job Title: US Accountant Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Guntur(Onsite) Shift: 8pm to 5am IST Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing accounting processes .The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and month-end/year-end closing activities Handle invoicing, billing, and collections processes Assist in tax preparation, audits, and compliance activities Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Work with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting discrepancies Ensure timely reporting and adherence to deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Experience in US Accounts Experience working with US clients or in a US Staffing Company Why Join Us: Opportunity to work with global clients Collaborative and growth-oriented environment Competitive salary and benefits
