Senior Officer – Training & Development

Plan, schedule, and execute the corporate training calendar, managing end-to-end logistics for both physical and virtual workshops Coordinate and co-facilitate corporate orientation, onboarding, and core soft-skills programs to deliver a seamless employee learning experience Oversee daily Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course uploads, user management, enrolment tracking, and platform maintenance Manage relationships with external training providers, handle vendor procurement, and process local government training subsidy applications Assist in rolling out organization-wide AI literacy and capability initiatives (e.g., Generative AI applications, prompt engineering basics, and workplace productivity tools like Copilot) Collaborate with IT and business units to identify practical digital use cases and curate engaging micro-learning content, digital learning paths, or hands-on workshops Drive internal learning campaigns, engagement initiatives, and digital champion networks to foster a culture of continuous learning and AI experimentation Maintain comprehensive training records and track key operational L D metrics (e.g., training hours, completion rates, cost per head, budget variance) Design and implement training evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness, knowledge retention, and ROI Analyse learning data and participant feedback to identify skill gaps, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to HR leadership
