Navigator Specialist

Navigator Specialists in the Center for Healing provide ongoing supportive services to patients with substance use disorders. They provide education, service coordination, service linkage, and support to patients within the healthcare, social service, and justice systems. Provide ongoing care-coordination and case management services.
