District Enrollment Specialist - N CA

The District Enrollment Specialist (DES) is responsible for driving enrollment growth and improving lead to enrollment conversion across a defined group of schools within an assigned district or geographic area. This role provides focused enrollment expertise, consistent execution of enrollment best practices, and hands on, in school support, including conducting tours and partnering directly with school leaders to increase new family enrollments and optimize utilization. The DES works closely with school leadership, district leadership, and marketing teams to manage the enrollment lifecycle, strengthen lead engagement, and improve tour to enrollment outcomes through execution, coaching, and feedback. This position is for the N CA districts and candidates must reside near Sacramento, CA.
