The Manager, Content Governance & Copy Review will lead the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of content review processes that enable compliant and effective commercial communications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring promotional, educational, and scientific materials meet regulatory, legal, and quality standards within a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Clinical, and Quality to drive alignment and operational excellence. The position combines strategic oversight, process optimization, stakeholder management, and team leadership to improve content approval workflows. You will help shape governance frameworks, enhance review effectiveness, and support transformation initiatives that improve user experience and compliance outcomes.
