Case Manager

CSAP Program (Crisis Stabilization and Assessment) Hammonton is a short-term intensive treatment home for adolescents with neurodevelopment/psychiatric/medical needs. Our Transition Specialist will become a part of our multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Residential Counselors) that provide an array of therapeutic services to individuals in our care. We provide the highest quality of care and have a commitment to the professional growth and clinical development of our team members.
