What You’ll Do Own your station during high-volume service while staying cool, focused, and dialed in Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, and broiler Execute recipes with consistency while maintaining our signature oversized, elevated presentation Plate and garnish dishes with attention to detail and visual impact Keep your station stocked, prepped, and service-ready at all times Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards like second nature Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift Handle food storage, rotation, and labeling with precision Support prep and team needs during slower periods Close down your station properly and contribute to a strong team finish Bring ideas, energy, and a team-first mindset to every shift
