Operations Manager III

Operations Manager Job, Moncure, NC Arclin USA is currently seeking talent for an Operations Manager III job for our flagship facility in Moncure, NC. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position leads the production department and their efforts in the safe and cost effective operation of the facility. This position is responsible for facilitating, directing and controlling as appropriate, all aspects of the production operation to ensure achievement of Arclin’s goals and objectives. This position ensures that the plant is operating in compliance with all regulatory and company policies, procedures and regulations.
