Role: Electrical & Hydraulic Fitter

Location: Worksop, S80 3AT

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday

Hourly Rate: Up to £17.90 ph DOE

Are you an experienced engineer with a strong interest in electrical and hydraulic systems? We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Electrical & Hydraulic Fitter to join our Manufacturing team in Worksop. This is a practical role where you’ll be responsible for assembling and fitting electrical and hydraulic systems to a high standard, ensuring all work meets build specifications and quality requirements in line with BS EN ISO 9001. What you'll do:

• Interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings accurately

• Carry out electrical and hydraulic fitting and electro-mechanical assembly

• Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your work

• Maintain good housekeeping standards and follow all health and safety procedures

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support planning and improvement activities

• Adapt to different tasks and support across departments when required

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

What you'll bring:

• Training or experience in fitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical systems

• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Ability to problem-solve and work to production schedules

• Confidence reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

• A team-focused approach with good attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Auto-electrical qualifications and CANbus knowledge (desirable)

• Flexibility to support overtime when required
