The role operates with significant autonomy and influence, serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted partner to leaders and HR Business Partners. This role combines deep talent management expertise with advanced facilitation capability to enable high-quality talent discussions, consistent decision-making, and scalable enterprise practices. While not a people manager, the role leads through expertise, facilitation, and cross-functional influence.
