We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs for high-profile clients. You’ll bring strategic insight, hands-on project management expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding work on time, within scope, and on budget. Requirements Your Background 7+ years in project management or project lead roles, ideally within an agency, loyalty, or marketing environment. Proven success delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies. Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively. Expertise in project planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical skills. PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification an asset. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Lead large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across internal teams and external partners. Act as a strategic partner, developing deep knowledge of client goals, industry context, competitors, and customer engagement strategies. Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, communications, risk and change management, and resource allocation. Collaborate across strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. Manage budgets and resources, including forecasting, tracking spend, developing statements of work, and identifying growth opportunities. Facilitate ongoing client communication — leading updates, managing ad hoc requests, and ensuring transparency on project health. Establish clear communication cadences and documentation, ensuring clarity on milestones, achievements, and resolutions. Maintain quality assurance across all deliverables and continuously improve project processes. Support pipeline forecasting and account reporting, identifying efficiencies and opportunities for added value. Benefits Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $79,200.00 to $95,837.50 CAD annually.
