Operations Coordinator

Join ArborBridge as a Operations Coordinator , based in Santa Monica, California! Extremely organized and passionate about education, business, and startups, the Operations Coordinator will work across all business units, providing support in sales, education, finance, and office administration. Responsibilities may include: Operations: Grading tests Scheduling student practice tests and coordinating with proctors Tutor screening (determining who we want to interview) Tutor recruiting (finding tutors, job posting, getting people to apply) Tutor interview scheduling Finance: Assisting CFO with ad hoc projects Billing clients Payroll (paying all of our tutors) every two weeks Administration: General office administration – ordering supplies, keeping the office clean and presentable Tutor background and reference Checks Student/tutor paperwork administration Other projects (assigned depending on workload) Flexibility a must! Help with various other projects – flexibility a must! Required: Bachelor’s degree from a top university Passion for education Passion for an entrepreneurial role and excited about the idea of aggressively growing a business Exceptional writing and emailing skills Excellent interpersonal and listening skills and strong verbal communication ability Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details Ability to work independently Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends (only when necessary) A flexible, positive, can-do attitude!
