Position Summary / 職務概要 STACK Japanでは、日本国内で進行中および今後開発予定のハイパースケールデータセンタープロジェクトを推進するため、Delivery組織の強化を進めています。現在、日本国内の複数拠点でデータセンターキャンパスの開発を進めており、各プロジェクトは段階的に建設・引き渡しを行いながら運用を開始する計画です。 STACK Japan is building out the delivery capability to support our current Data Centre opportunities in Japan. STACK currently owns multiple sites across Japan. Broadly, the projects involve staged construction and handover for use as a Hyperscale Data Centre which includes: プロジェクトには、以下のような業務が含まれます。 - データセンター開発に必要な基本設計・詳細設計、および各種許認可・行政手続きの推進 Documenting the development for construction and authority approvals - 高圧受変電設備（High Voltage Switchyard）の設計・建設 Construction of High voltage electrical switchyard - データセンター本体建屋の建設 Construction of the base building supporting Data Centre facility - データホールおよび付帯設備のFit-out工事、設備据付、コミッショニング Fitout and commissioning of Data Centre facility & supporting plant - 管理棟・オフィス・共用エリアの建設 Construction of administration and office spaces within the Data Centre facility. - お客様専用設備、オフィス、データホール設備、セキュリティシステムなどの導入・設置 Installation of customer specific equipment, office, data hall and security installations. - 段階的な引き渡し（Phased Handover）を通じた、お客様への運用開始支援 Execute phased handovers to support the customer's operational commencement. DC Fit-out Manager（Delivery）は、お客様向けデータセンターインフラプロジェクトの計画、設計、施工、および引き渡しまでを一貫してリードするポジションです。 お客様の要求事項を正確に理解し、それを実現可能な技術的ソリューションへ落とし込みながら、Basis of Design（基本設計方針）の策定・レビューおよび設備改修・Fit-outプロジェクトを推進します。 お客様との窓口として社内外の関係者と密接に連携し、安全・品質・コスト・スケジュールを総合的に管理しながら、業界標準およびお客様の期待を満たす高品質なデータセンターを提供していただきます。 STACK’s DC Fit-out Manager (Delivery) oversees the planning, design, and implementation of customer specific data center infrastructure projects, focusing on basis of design development and small capital works. This client-facing role requires expertise in translating customer requirements into technical solutions, ensuring projects meet both industry standards and customer expectations while maintaining budget and timeline constraints In this role, you will: - お客様および社内外のステークホルダーと協議し、データセンターインフラに関する要求事項を整理・文書化する Consult with stakeholders to gather and document specific requirements for data centre infrastructure projects - データセンター内におけるFit-out工事、設備改修、および小規模から中規模の設備投資プロジェクトを計画・管理する Lead small to medium-sized capital works projects for varied customer installations within data center facilities - お客様と社内のEngineering、Operations、Procurementなどの関係部署との窓口となり、プロジェクトを推進する。 Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams (engineering, operations, procurement) - お客様との定例会議を企画・運営し、議事録作成および進捗・課題・リスクに関する報告を行う Coordinate, lead, facilitate and minute, regular progress meetings with customers and provide detailed status reports - プロジェクト全体を通じて、お客様との良好な関係を構築・維持する Establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle - データホールおよび付帯設備に関する設計基準、技術仕様、標準仕様の策定・維持・改善を行う Develop and maintain design standards, specifications, and best practices for the data center data halls and support infrastructure. - 設計図書や施工図をレビュー・承認し、APACおよび国内エンジニアリングチームとの設計レビューを推進する Review and approve design documents and construction drawings and facilitate regional / local engineering reviews and commentary. 新しい技術や製品を評価し、コスト、品質、施工性、運用性、エネルギー効率、サステナビリティ向上に向けた改善を提案する Evaluate new technologies and innovations in data center design to improve efficiency, cost improvement and sustainability. - 設計会社、施工会社、メーカーおよび社内関係者と連携し、最適な技術・設計ソリューションを実現する Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams to optimize services design solutions. - 関係法令、建築基準、業界標準および安全基準への適合を確認・管理する Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. - プロジェクトにおけるリスクを評価し、適切なリスク低減策を立案・実施する Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies in data centre designs. - 経営層やプロジェクト関係者へ設計内容やプロジェクトの進捗状況を報告・プレゼンテーションする Present design proposals and project updates to senior management and stakeholders. - プロジェクトに関する図書・記録・報告書を適切に管理する Maintain project documentation for reference and reporting purposes - プロジェクトの全工程を通じて安全を最優先とし、STACKの安全文化を率先して実践・推進する Passionate about the Data Center industry and be an innovator, always looking to bring the forefront of technology into our projects to achieve and exceed our Sustainability, Safety & Efficiency goals. - データセンター業界の最新技術や市場動向を積極的に取り入れ、STACKの「Sustainability」「Safety」「Efficiency」の向上に貢献する Be Safety Focused at all times and stages of project delivery, work collaboratively with STACK Safety Leadership, embody and lead by example our in Safety Best Practices and Conduct. - SVP Delivery, Projectsの直属として、Campus Project Director、Client Success、Engineering、Delivery、Critical Facility Operationsなどの各部門と密接に連携し、プロジェクトを推進する Reporting to the SVP Delivery, Projects you will work directly with the respective Campus Project Directors as well as the regional Client Success Managers, Engineering, Delivery and Critical Facility Operations. Language: Native English; Secondary Japanese (Business Level - Spoken & Written (N3 or above)). 英語：ネイティブレベル / 日本語：ビジネスレベル（会話・読み書きともに、JLPT N3以上を目安） Must-have Qualifications: - 工学、建築、設備、プロジェクトマネジメント、または建設・不動産関連分野の学士号、もしくは同等の実務経験 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Building Services, or a related Built Environment discipline. - データセンター、または関連するクリティカルファシリティプロジェクトにおいて10年以上の実務経験を有し、そのうち5年以上は日本国内でのプロジェクトデリバリー経験を有すること 10+ years of progressive experience delivering Data Center or other Critical Facility projects, including a minimum of 5 years of project delivery experience in Japan. - ハイパースケールデータセンター、または同等規模の大規模インフラプロジェクトに関する豊富な経 Extensive experience in Data Center projects, with strong knowledge of hyperscale client requirements or comparable large-scale mission-critical facilities. - 3D設計ツールおよびBIM（Building Information Modeling）の活用経験を有し、4D・5D設計プロセスの導入・運用経験があること Demonstrated experience leading and collaborating using 3D Design Tools and BIM methodologies, including the implementation of 4D and 5D design principles. - Procore、Clarizen、または同等のプロジェクトマネジメントシステムの実務経 Hands-on experience with Project Management platforms such as Procore, Clarizen, or equivalent project management systems. - Microsoft ProjectまたはPrimavera P6を用いた工程管理の実務経験 Pro
