Oversee the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient and community-based settings. Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy, consistent with your licensure and scope of practice. Monitor clinical documentation, treatment planning, productivity, and service quality to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. Support staff through case consultation, clinical training, and evidence-based practice implementation to improve client outcomes. Foster collaboration among therapists, case managers, medical providers, schools, community partners, and families to ensure coordinated, person-centered care. Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance coaching, and staff evaluations while building a positive, engaged, and high-performing clinical team. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, chart reviews, and program development to strengthen clinical services and operational effectiveness. Build relationships with referral sources and community partners to promote access to behavioral health services and support organizational growth.
