Technician Remote Service

The Remote Service Technician supports branch operations by offering remote diagnostic service and repair support to NSM clients with mobility equipment. Remote Service Technicians will also provide all necessary sourcing for equipment repair resolutions, and scheduling field support technicians when necessary. The Remote Service Technician possess and demonstrate an advance knowledge of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) industry operations and technical support in order to fulfill our client’s expectations for remote diagnostics and repair solutions.
