Medical Packaging Associate

2nd Shift openings available Monday-Thursday 5:15PM-3:45AM Purpose: Perform all tasks involved in the production of JBC Technologies, Inc. products. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, job orders, routers and diagrams Accurately filling, sealing, labeling, and inspecting medical products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards Accurately recording production data, batch information, and any necessary quality control records. Adheres to operating procedures/instructions Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors Maintain a clean and safe workstation following 5S system Embrace a team attitude that aligns with JBC’s Core Values Accurately record labor and material usage in ERP system Follow all JBC policies and procedures Other responsibilities as assigned by management
