Program Director – High School (HLPUSD)

The Program Director (High School) role is a teen-focused specialty and is responsible for delivering high-quality programs and mentorship to members in grades 9 through 12. This role focuses on creating meaningful relationships with teen members, supporting their academic success, workforce readiness, leadership development, and overall well-being before and after school. The position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating teen-centered programs in areas such as college and career exploration, social-emotional learning, civic engagement, Brent's Club, Kindness and creative enrichment.
