Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (133)

JOB SUMMARY This position is for a Registered Nurse whose responsibility is to provide day-to-day patient care activities to patients receiving therapeutic and diagnostic services in the Emergency Department. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, prioritize, plan, deliver, and evaluate infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient responses to potential life threatening situations or illnesses. Refers unusual clinical and administrative problems to the Department Director. Responsible for the supervision of professional and skilled personnel during an assigned shift. The position reports to the Director of Emergency Department.
