Surgical Tech - Full Time - Days

Position Summary:

Under the leadership of the Director of Surgical Services, the Surgical Technician – Non -Certified is an active member of the department that collects data, provides comfort measures and basic care to patients. The Surgical Technician Certified prepares for scheduled and emergent cases, gathers required supplies and prepares for the next day’s cases. The Tech collaborates with the healthcare team providers to prepare for the peri-operative patient’s surgical procedures. The Tech assist with ordering and restocking of surgical suites with necessary supplies and records preference cards electronically providing up-to-date information that assists in achieving quality surgical outcomes for all cases.
