Product Codes & Compliance Program Manager

The Product Codes & Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional R&D programs and projects with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, product stewardship, and commercialization readiness. This role integrates project management discipline (stage-gate execution, timeline, budget, and deliverable accountability) with regulatory compliance expertise to ensure new product development (NPD), cost-down initiatives, and sustainability projects meet all applicable global requirements.

The position will collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners to drive on-time, on-budget, and fully compliant project delivery.
