Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM

Optional Saturdays: Daily start and end times may vary depending on the delivery schedule

Pay: $250/Day Flat Rate

About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable and professional Driver to join our meat delivery team. The Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting meat products to local and regional customers, including restaurants, grocery stores, and wholesale buyers. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable handling and delivering perishable products.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate a refrigerated delivery truck to transport meat products.

Load and unload products at customer locations.

Ensure all deliveries are accurate and completed on schedule.

Maintain proper temperature control to ensure products remain in excellent condition.

Follow all DOT and company safety standards and regulations.

Inspect and monitor vehicle condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery location.

Complete invoices, delivery paperwork, logs, and other required documentation accurately.

Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

Communicate any delays or delivery issues promptly.

Handle meat products and other items weighing approximately 50–85 lbs.

Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

Work early mornings and Saturdays as needed based on the delivery schedule.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid Chauffer's license with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 1–2 years of driving experience; food delivery experience is preferred.

Previous experience transporting perishable products is a plus

Familiarity with Detroit and surrounding areas preferred.

Ability to safely lift and handle 50–85 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Ability to work independently and manage a delivery schedule.

Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed.
