Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are now looking to expand our Warehouse team to be able to continue to deliver the quantity of products required to meet the worldwide demand. We are therefore looking for Warehouse and Logistics Assistants/Associates to join the team! Experience in a similar environment is welcome but not essential. We are primarily looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The key responsibilities of the Warehouse and Logistics Assistant/Associate are to: • Train and develop into a fully competent Warehouse & Logistics Associate, gaining experience across goods inward, warehousing and logistics.

• Learn key warehouse processes including receiving, picking, packing, booking-in and dispatch.

• Take ownership of your work and contribute effectively as part of the team.Follow all Health & Safety policies, including COSHH, manual handling and legislative requirements.

• Identify and report safety risks and near misses using Mestec.

The ideal Warehouse and Logistics Assistant/Associate will have/ be. • A basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and PC basic skills. • Ability to lift heavy material and have knowledge of good manual handling practices. • Good attention to detail. • Able to follow quality standards. • Reliable and committed. • Happy to work on shifts. • A team player with good communication skills. Shift Pattern: Double Days (a two week rotation consisting of one week of early shifts followed by one week of late shifts) OR Nights Salary starting from £24,900.00 + 20% shift allowance for double days OR 33% shift allowance for nights + bonus! • Earlies - 5.15am - 1:45pm Monday to Thursday, 5:15am - 10:45am on Friday • Lates - 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday to Thursday, 11:00am - 4:30pm on Friday • Nights - 10:00pm - 5:45am Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm - 8:50pm on Friday We offer a clear development pathway through a structured skills matrix, giving you the opportunity to build your knowledge, gain new responsibilities, and progress your career.
