Overview: Business Analyst will work closely with the business and technical teams and will be a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writing the business and functional requirements . This person understands business and ensures that there is integration between business and technology. Business Analyst will have strong skills in Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering

Job Requirements:

- Work closely with clients and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows

- Define business requirements for new processes, queries, reports, and enhancements and analyze results.

- Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements

- Gather user feedback and evaluate product success

- Identifying issues and risks

- Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation

- Assist with the creation, maintenance and optimization of MS SQL database structures and content

- Documentation of process and work flows

- Define and document technical requirements

Required Experience and Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or IT

- Must have experience in working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst

- Strong Experience in Visio.

- Experience in Access, Excel(Advanced), and MS Project

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Adaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environment

- Should be able to define and document business requirements with integral quality controls.

- An understanding of web development practices and development life cycles

- A passion for detail and an eye for aesthetics

- Comfort in managing multiple, high-priority projects.

- Excellent Technical Writing Skills: Communicate consumable information effectively within the organization and to our customers, understanding the different user roles and what the audience needs from the communication, translate highly complex technical functions into a format non-technical users can understand.
