About the role
As a member of the Cloud Platforms, Operations & Engineering team, the Technical Analyst ensures the availability, stability, integrity and efficient operation of complex technologies deployed across multi-technical platforms and environments within the enterprise. With a focus on a specific area of expertise, the incumbent will ensure that technical services in that area are provided to clients to meet both the current and future business needs, and that defined service levels for performance and availability are being met. This includes research, design, implementation support, complex incident response, project consulting, and ongoing maintenance.
