Retail Sales Manager

The Manager, Retail Sales is responsible for driving the achievement of Co-operators' annual sales, client growth and policy renewal targets. The Manager provides leadership and support to Advisors who own and operate their own business. The Advisors employ a team that engages with clients as distributors of the products and services provided (or sourced) by Co-operators. The Manager, Retail Sales is responsible for creating trusted relationships with the Advisors and their teams, providing targeted sales coaching, performance management and business planning support to achieve yearly and quarterly goals.
