Compensation & Earning Potential

- Pay-per-visit model: $45–$50 per visit + Medicare differential pay - Average modified full-time earnings: $85K+ annually - Quarterly bonus opportunities - Mileage reimbursement

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans - Provide skilled nursing care and patient education - Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed - Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance - Home health experience preferred, but not required
