Coverage Area: Palatka, FL 32178 / Putnam County (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

Compensation & Earning Potential

- Pay-per-visit model: $70+ per visit + Medicare differential pay - Average full-time earnings: $88,000 *SALARY* for 4 days a week with additional earning opportunities - Quarterly bonus opportunities - Mileage reimbursement + data plan stipend

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist
