We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care community.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes - Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations - Monitor quality, staffing, census, and operational goals - Promote a culture focused on resident satisfaction and quality outcomes - Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and healthcare partners - Support employee engagement, retention, and recruitment efforts - Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth - Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative leadership

Qualifications

- Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license - Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or senior long-term care leader - Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and compliance - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team - Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
